DMCA Policy

FullBoosts respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, we respond promptly to notices of claimed copyright infringement concerning material on fullboosts.com or in the FullBoosts app (the "Platform").

1. Filing a notice of infringement

  1. Send a written notice to our designated agent (Section 5) containing:
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if several).
  3. The URL or a precise description of where the material is on the Platform.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  7. Your physical or electronic signature.
  8. 1.7.Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, costs and attorneys' fees.

2. What we do with a notice

  1. We review it for completeness and may ask you to correct it; remove or disable access to the material promptly; notify the user who posted it, if any; and keep a record of the notice.

3. Counter-notification

  1. If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notification containing: identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district of your address (or, if outside the United States, the federal district court for Delaware) and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice; your name, address, telephone and email; and your signature. We forward it to the complainant. If they do not tell us within 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat infringers

  1. We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe, and may restrict or close any account that infringes intellectual property rights even without repetition.

6. Third-party game content

  1. Game names, trademarks, logos, screenshots, artwork and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. FullBoosts uses third-party names and marks solely to identify the games and services referenced on the Platform. Where third-party visual content is displayed, FullBoosts does not claim ownership of that content and uses it subject to applicable law, licence, permission or other lawful basis. FullBoosts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with any game publisher, developer or platform operator unless expressly stated otherwise. Rights holders who wish to discuss the use of their content are welcome to contact us at the address above before filing a formal notice.

7. FullBoosts content

  1. The FullBoosts name, logo, website and app design, code and original text are the property of Fullboosts LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission, except as the Terms of Service allow.
