How to set up your order
Pick a Loot option. Group loot lets you roll for items against other customers on each boss. Full loot priority gives you the suitable drops for your spec from every boss. Next, choose a Completion method. Piloted means a verified player plays on your account, with logins entered only in the encrypted form on the order page, never chat. Self-play means you play your own character in the group alongside our players. Self-play Remote means you play your own character while your assigned player guides you live by voice or stream, with no remote desktop and no shared login. Set your Realm type: PvE, PvP or RP. Express and Super Express raise queue priority; timing is confirmed in order chat.
Frequently asked questions
What is in the Phase 1 raid bundle?
Three raids in one purchase, covering the 10, 20 and 40-player content of the opening phase.
Which loot option should I choose?
Group loot is cheaper but shares drops. Full loot priority is aimed at players who want every fitting drop.
Is Tier 1 gear certain?
No. You have a chance at it, and drops cannot be promised.
How long will it take?
That depends on raid scheduling. The plan is set in order chat before the first pull.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, after your order is completed: 8 business days, or 2 business days when a top-rated booster completes it. Some top-rated boosters offer their service without a warranty. Your order page shows exactly which applies as soon as a booster is assigned; if it shows no warranty and you want one, ask support for a different booster before the work starts.
Is it safe?
FullBoosts assigns verified players and protects piloted-service logins with an encrypted form on the order page. Only you and your assigned player can access those credentials while the order is open; they are erased when the order closes or a dispute is opened. Keep logins out of chat. Where Self-play is available, you play together and keep control of your account. Every delivered order has a 72-hour review window.
