Choose a class you can practise comfortably

Watch the official class introduction and try the basic actions available to you. Pay attention to movement, attack rhythm and how demanding the controls feel during a longer session. A class that suits your hands and preferences is a better learning foundation than an unexplained popularity ranking.

Learn a short sequence and its defensive response before extending it. If an encounter goes poorly, identify whether you missed a control, overcommitted or misunderstood the enemy. Those problems need practice, not necessarily a new class.

Let progression requirements organise the session

Read the next story or season objective and check whether another required activity naturally lies on the route. Complete a small connected set rather than jumping between every notification. Keep a note of an optional feature you want to explore later.

Before using an enhancement material or exchanging an item, read the target and result carefully. Confirm that the action belongs to the progression step you are following. An item with a familiar name may have a specific restriction.

Spend time where it solves a real problem

When deciding what to do next, identify the obstacle: an unfinished requirement, unfamiliar combat or an equipment step. Choose an activity that addresses that obstacle. A large collection of unrelated rewards can still leave the original problem unsolved.
