THE GUIDE

Tower of Fantasy gives you an open world and several combat styles to explore. Start by learning how your available weapons feel in actual encounters, then choose a small set of upgrades that support a clear purpose.

The official Steam listing describes weapon switching, cooperative exploration and the world of Aida. Weapon choice is therefore a useful starting point for understanding combat rather than evaluating a character only by appearance.

Give each weapon a combat job

Read a weapon's current abilities and decide when you would switch to it. The answer should describe a situation: dealing damage at a useful range, responding to enemy pressure or contributing support.

Our recommendation is to practice a short encounter while deliberately changing weapons for those reasons. Avoid switching merely because another icon becomes available. If you cannot explain the benefit, inspect the ability description again before investing more resources.

Connect exploration with progression

Choose a destination and identify what you want to accomplish there. Complete nearby objectives as a loop instead of repeatedly crossing the same region for isolated tasks.

When an activity is unavailable, read its unlock conditions and note the next requirement. Do not assume that every marker should be accessible immediately or that another player's route applies to your progress.

Inspect upgrade costs together

Before enhancing equipment, look at the next few requirements and your available materials. Decide whether the investment improves the weapons you currently use or only prepares a speculative future setup.

Keep unfamiliar resources until their use is clear. A large inventory is easier to manage when items are organized around specific goals rather than rarity colors alone.

Coordinate shared-world activities

If playing with friends, confirm the game version, account platform and server arrangements through the current official interface before building a group plan. Then agree on the destination and expected role of each player.

The official mobile listing links the publisher's current website and channels. Use those sources to check update and account information; older launch guides can point to superseded systems.

A useful early milestone is being able to explain one complete combat sequence and one exploration route. That makes later character and equipment comparisons much easier to judge.
