How to start the Promise of Tomorrow campaign

The first quest, The Aqir Swarm, comes from Lor'themar Theron in Silvermoon City. Its previous quest is "Like Mother, Like Son," which Arator gives in Zul'Aman to send you back to Lor'themar at the end of the 12.1.0 Curse of Ula'tek campaign (Warcraft Wiki). If you skipped that campaign, finish it first.

The Aqir Swarm's objectives:

Sins of the Past: every quest in order

Quests on the same line run in parallel; you can do them in any order.

The order matches the Warcraft Wiki's progression list. The objective notes come from a Wowhead community walkthrough, so expect small differences in wording in game.

Step 12 rewards (Warcraft Wiki): a choice of Bloodmark Signet or Pendant of Venomous Vigil, plus the Hiveborne Hearthstone, 10 Hero Mistcrests, gold, 27,400 experience and +1,500 Zul'jarra's Forces reputation. Example: you have a free evening and want the title. Do steps 1 to 11 solo, queue the lowest Kith'ix difficulty for step 12, and finish To the Faithful in Silvermoon afterward. The Labyrinth chain can wait for another day.

Each step also gives small Amani Tribe and Zul'jarra's Forces reputation (Warcraft Wiki). Turning in What the World Sees completes the storyline, the achievement and the Light's Faithful title.

Should you do the Labyrinth quests?

The Labyrinth chain starts during Sins of the Past, but the achievement doesn't need it. It's a Delve-type chain for levels 80 to 90 (Warcraft Wiki):

Kinduru's Spiriting Quill is a toy. Inside the Labyrinth of Kindo'jan it ends your run and teleports the party to the treasure room to claim rewards, on a 10-second cooldown. Plan your campaign session

1. Silvermoon and Eversong: The Aqir Swarm and All Along the Watchtowers in one flight loop.
2. Zul'Aman: do the three parallel quests together, then the two Halazzi quests. Pick up The Labyrinth so it's in your log.
3. Coiled Isle and the Vaults of Atal'Utek: steps 7 to 11 run back to back. Bring healing potions for the three waves in step 11.
4. Kith'ix: queue when you have time for a full raid encounter.
5. Silvermoon again: To the Faithful is all dialogue and cutscenes.
