Decide what to skip

• Long jump quests (Shumi, Forest of Patience, John) if platforming costs you an hour. Their rewards are mostly mesos and Fame, except Sabitrama's Star Rock.
• Quests for another class's gear, like Luke's Warrior helmet.
• Expensive material quests, like Pia's Present, when the market price of the inputs is more than the scroll is worth to you.
• Grinding for quest EXP past the point where a training map is faster. Quests reward items more than EXP from the 40s on.

Example: a Lv 36 Cleric training on Monkey Swamp III keeps every Cursed Doll for Rowen. They fit Riel's Florina chain in at 37 and pick up Icarus's Dream on the way, so the Icarus Cape is ready at 46.

If you were powerleveled or are returning

A character pushed past its quest levels can still do most quests, since they have no level cap. The most valuable catch-up list:

1. Work Gloves (Nella) and Old Raggedy Cape (Jane Doe) as scrolling bases.
2. Mr. Wetbottom's Sauna Robe.
3. Icarus's Dream (needed for the cape).
4. Sabitrama's Star Rock and Arwen's Piece of Ice (needed for Manji).
5. Blackbull and the Alligators for Greater weapon scrolls.

The Green Relaxer is gone for good if you've left Maple Island.
